Centre of Excellence „Advanced Materials and High-technology Devices for Sustainable Energetics, Sensorics and Nanoelectronics“ (HiTechDevices)

The combined expertise of partners in experimental and theoretical studies enables the “full sequence” of power sources development: design and synthesis of components, their characterisation, preparing and testing of the laboratory and small-scale prototypes. Centre of Excellence complies with the priorities of the R&D strategies of Europe (the Innovation Union and Energy Union), Estonia (“Knowledge-based Estonia” 2014-2020, Estonian Energy Technology Development Plan ENMAK 2030+), University of Tartu and Tallinn University of Technology. General goals are development of innovative basic and applied knowledge on materials and devices for modern society and preparation of highly qualified young scientists in the field of modern technologies.
